By accessing or using the services provided by Appzur (appzur.com), operated from Delhi, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all users, visitors, clients, and any other persons who access or use our platform and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Appzur provides the following technology and automation services:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of significant changes that may affect their active services.
Our pricing model is designed to be transparent and affordable:
A one-time setup fee of ₹999 is charged per service to configure and deploy your solution. This fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
There are no monthly subscription fees. You pay only for what you use. Usage rates vary by service (e.g., per chat, per minute, per message) and are displayed on our pricing page.
All content, technology, trademarks, branding, software, and proprietary systems developed and owned by Appzur remain the exclusive intellectual property of Appzur. This includes but is not limited to our AI models, chatbot frameworks, voice bot technology, platform code, and design assets.
Clients retain ownership of their own data, content, and business information provided to us for the purpose of delivering services. You grant Appzur a non-exclusive, limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the agreed services.
Custom work (such as websites or applications) developed specifically for a client will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. However, underlying frameworks, reusable components, and proprietary tools remain the property of Appzur.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Appzur's proprietary technology without prior written consent.
As a user of Appzur services, you agree to:
Appzur reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any client found violating these responsibilities, without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appzur and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if Appzur has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Appzur's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services exceed the total amount paid by you to Appzur in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Appzur does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. We rely on third-party platforms (including WhatsApp, telephony providers, and cloud infrastructure) and are not responsible for outages, delays, or issues caused by these external services.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time:
Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination of these terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Appzur to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
